Satay sauce is a rich peanut and coconut-based sauce used in Asian cuisine. This thick, creamy sauce is typically paired with grilled meats such as chicken or beef, classically served on skewers. It can also be served over vegetables ie Gado Gado, an Indonesian dish or meats on a bed of rice and used in a variety of other ways.

Ingredients A
* 50 g @my.blue. tea Satay Sauce Base
* 500 ml Water
* 30 ml Cooking Oil
* Sprinkle of @my.blue.tea Native Chilli Padi (optional)
Ingredients B
* 100 g Toasted Peanut
Method
- Mix ingredients (A) in a wok/pot and stir well
- Cook until all water evaporates, and a layer of oil rises to the top of the paste
- Add in toasted peanuts, reduce to simmer until sauce thickens
- Ready to serve
