'Ayam goreng'  of fried chicken is surely everyone's favourite. One cannot simply resist the temptation to sink their teeth into it. The Malaysian version of fried chicken is 'Ayam Goreng Berempah' / Spice Fried Chicken that has been infused with herbs and spices.
 
'Ayam Goreng Berempah' is incredibly  crispy and crunchy on the outside, but juicy on the inside bursting  with aromatic flavours of fresh herbs and spices in it. The taste is just so amazing and it looked so unbelievably inviting when it came coated with heaps of crispy addictive crumbs. This fried chicken goes well with 'Nasi Lemak' but tastes just as good as it is.
