Just sprinkle Satay Powder onto meat of your choice, cover meat generously and refrigerate to marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking. For extra tenderness and flavour, marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Simply BBQ, grill, pan fry or oven bake on medium heat.
