Ingredients:-
* 125g Salted butter (soft)
*90g Castor sugar 1/2 tspn Vanilla extract (optional)
*15g Pandan Powder @my.blue.tea
* 3 tspn Pandan Liquid extract @my.blue.tea
*110g Self raising flour
*40g Corn flour Pandan Granola from Chefferys Kitchen (3 cups or desired)
Oven temperature – 160C
Time – 14 mins
Feel free to swap the Pandan Kaya Granola for Durian Granola for all the Durian enthusiasts out there!
